These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at join.royalpersonaltraining.com (the "Site") and the founding-membership waitlist and SMS text messaging program operated by RPT Athletic Club ("RPT," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 639 N La Peer Drive, West Hollywood, CA 90069. By using the Site, joining the waitlist, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Submitting the reservation form places you on our founding-membership waitlist. Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a membership, does not obligate you to purchase a membership, and does not guarantee that a membership will be available. Founding rates shown on the Site reflect 20% off standard monthly pricing on a 12-month term, are available only during the presale, are subject to availability, and are confirmed during a private consultation. Sessions included in a membership reset monthly and do not roll over. Final membership terms will be set out in a separate membership agreement.
Inquiry-related messages. By providing your mobile number and submitting our website form, you agree to receive text messages from RPT Athletic Club about your inquiry, including waitlist updates, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and other related informational communications. No separate checkbox is required. This consent covers inquiry-related messages only and does not authorize marketing or promotional texts.
Marketing messages. When you check the optional, unchecked SMS marketing consent box on our website form and submit it, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from RPT Athletic Club at the mobile number you provide. Messages include founding-membership offers and club promotions.
Message frequency. Inquiry-related message frequency varies with your inquiry. Marketing message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive texts from us. To request re-enrollment, contact us for help. Marketing messages require fresh, separate marketing consent through our website form.

Consent. Submitting the form with your mobile number covers inquiry-related SMS only. SMS marketing consent is optional and separate from both inquiry-related consent and acceptance of these Terms. It is not a condition of purchase, reservation, membership, or access to our services. You can submit the form with the SMS box unchecked. Providing a phone number, joining the waitlist, or booking a call does not by itself authorize marketing texts. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
Carriers. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site only for its intended purpose, and not to interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to access it by automated means other than ordinary search-engine indexing.
The Site and its content, including text, images, video, logos, and the RPT Athletic Club name and marks, are owned by RPT or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written permission.
The Site and messaging program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Renderings and descriptions on the Site depict planned facilities and services, which may change before opening. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or messaging program.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site or messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
