Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how RPT Athletic Club ("RPT," "we," "us," or "our"), 639 N La Peer Drive, West Hollywood, CA 90069, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit join.royalpersonaltraining.com (the "Site"), join our founding-membership waitlist, or participate in our SMS text messaging program.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit the reservation form we collect your full name, phone number, email address, and, if provided, where you currently train and the membership referenced by your referral link. We record inquiry-related SMS consent through form submission and your separate SMS marketing consent choice, with the disclosure wording and versions, source page, and submission time. When JavaScript is enabled, the form also supplies a consent timestamp.

Information collected automatically. The Site uses the Meta Pixel and similar technologies, which may collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and actions taken on the Site (such as submitting the form or clicking to book a call). You can learn more about and control Meta's use of this data at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

3. How We Use Information

To place you on the founding-membership waitlist and hold your founding rate.
To contact you by phone or email, or by inquiry-related SMS when you submit the form with your mobile number, about waitlist updates, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and other communications related to your RPT inquiry.
To send you founding-membership offers and club promotions by SMS, only where you have separately opted in to SMS marketing.
To measure and improve the Site and our advertising.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. SMS Text Messaging and Your Phone Number

Inquiry-related messages. By providing your mobile number and submitting our form, you agree to receive text messages from RPT Athletic Club related to your inquiry, including waitlist updates, scheduling, and appointment confirmations. No separate checkbox is required for these informational messages. Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. This consent does not authorize promotional messages.

Marketing messages. When you check the optional, unchecked SMS marketing consent box on our form and submit it, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from RPT Athletic Club, including founding-membership offers and club promotions. You can reserve your place and purchase a membership without consenting to SMS marketing. Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help.

No third-party sharing of SMS consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, shared with lead generators, or transferred to another sender for its messaging program. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver messages to you (see Section 5), and only for that purpose.

Submitting a phone number or booking a call does not enroll you in SMS marketing. Full program terms are in Section 3 of our Terms of Service.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that operate on our behalf, such as our website hosting and form provider, our SMS messaging platform (Twilio), our scheduling provider (Google Calendar), and our email provider. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
Advertising partners such as Meta, in the form of pixel and conversion data described in Section 2. This does not include your phone number or SMS consent.
Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

The sharing categories above exclude SMS opt-in data and consent, except for service providers that process and deliver our messages on our behalf. They may not use this information for their own marketing.

6. Your Choices

Text messages: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us below.
Pixels and cookies: you can adjust your browser settings to block cookies and use Meta's ad preferences to limit ad personalization.
Access, correction, and deletion: contact us below to request a copy of, correct, or delete your information.

7. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will verify your request using the contact information you provided to us.

8. Data Retention and Security

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to operate the presale and, if you become a member, for the duration of your membership and as required by law. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs as required to demonstrate compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

The Site and messaging program are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
